Live! Talent Knows Talent Program Guidelines

Who is Eligible?

Team Member Eligibility

All Team Members are eligible for this program with the exception of:

• Individuals involved in the hiring process or hiring decision for the job seeker.
• Interns and temporary employees.
• All Team Members above Director level. Directors are eligible for referrals that fall outside of their business unit and that do not report to their respective VP's.
• Vendors, Partners, or other sources of referral.
• Team Members whose referrals were identified through their participation in recruiting programs (e.g., job fairs, college recruiting events).
• Team Members who work within the Human Resources department.
• Team Members who terminate prior to completion of the award eligibility, with exceptions as indicated under Award Eligibility.
• Team Members who are specifically prohibited from participation in the Team Member Referral Award Program.
• The referral reward is not retroactive for any previous referrals and/or recommendations prior to 9/15/2021.

Candidate Eligibility

The following candidate referrals are not considered eligible for the program:

• Referrals previously submitted by another Team Member and not hired within the last 12 months.
• Referrals of former employees who worked within the last 12 months, or currently work in the following categories:
•  Intern - Consultant - Contractor - Temporary Employee
• Referred candidates are not guaranteed to be hired - they must go through the interview process, and will be considered based on their qualifications and availability.

Award Payout

• If your referral is hired, you and your referral will receive $300 when they complete 3 months of service and another $500 when they complete 6 months of service.
• Charity Match Option - You can donate a portion or all of your reward to an approved charity and Live! will match your donation.
• Payment processing is initiated once all eligibility requirements have been verified and confirmed by Talent Acquisition. Team Members will be notified by email as to the amount of the award and when such award will be delivered. Once the candidate has met the 3-month and/or 6-month employment eligibility, payments will be processed on the next check based on the payroll schedule.
• All award incentives are subject to the supplementary tax withholding.
