April Top 20 Cash Giveaway

RULES

In addition to general promotion rules, the Top (20) players with the highest accumulated hours played during the qualifying period will earn $500 Cash Giveaway. The minimum hours to qualify for the Cash Giveaway promotion is 40 hours.

Starts: Monday, April 1, 2024 @ 2:00 AM
Ends: Tuesday, April 30, 2024 @ 10:00 AM
Qualifying Times: Runs daily from 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM

1. Must be 21 or older to participate and be a Live! Rewards Member.

2. Promotion applies only to Texas Hold ‘em cash poker games, excluding time take games and tournament play.

3. Hours of play are tracked using the Bravo System.

4. Player’s time will not be backed up under any circumstances.

5. Players are responsible for swiping in at the cash table and will be lobbied (not accumulating time) when they are away from the table.

6. Players are responsible for monitoring their time.

7. Players must earn a minimum of 40 hours during the qualifying time.

8. The top (20) players with the highest earned hours wins $500 in cash.

9. If there is a tie for 20th place or the lowest qualifying place, the money is divided equally to the nearest dollar.

10. Cash redemption takes place Wednesday, May 1st - Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to Midnight.

11. Any promotional prize not claimed within the designated time frame are returned to the Player’s Marketing Fund.

12. Participants must produce their Live! Rewards Card and valid picture identification acceptable to redeem the prize.

13. Live! may disqualify any person for the prize base upon fraud, dishonestly, misconduct or violation of Official Rules.

14. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.

April High Hand

RULES

1. Must be 21 or older. Winner must be present, have a valid ID and a Live! Rewards card.
2. Minimum qualifying hand of Jacks full of Deuces.
3. There must be at least four players dealt into the hand. Shorthanded games (three or less players) are not eligible.
4. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
5. Players must use at least one hole card combined with 3 (three) or 4 (four) board cards to qualify.
6. Must be your best possible 5 card hand to win using one or both hole cards. The high hand must be the "winning hand" to qualify.
7. Must be playing in a Jackpot eligible Texas Hold'em poker game.
8. Players can win more than one prize.
9. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand.
10. The money will be equally divided only when two players, playing at the same table, split the pot using the same qualifying highest-ranking hand.
11. High Hands time recognition for the round is completed when the display clock strikes zero.
12. Hands must be verified by a Poker Supervisor.
13. Any High Hand being witnessed by Live! Philadelphia Poker Room staff as "slow play" to manipulate the clock into the next promotional period will be disqualified.
14. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
15. Any player who is witnessed conversing, messaging, or gesturing for a player at the table to increase action to fulfill the pot minimum of $10 will be disqualified. 
16. If no player has qualified for the High Hand during the final qualifying period, the promotion ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
17. Any promotional prize not claimed after 72 hours, will be returned to its original fund. This promotion is funded by the High Hand Funds.
18. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.

Royal Flush Redemption

Make a Royal Flush in tournaments and win the tournament entry!

RULES

1. Live! Philadelphia will offer a Royal Flush Promotion in tournaments. The Royal Flush Promotion will run April 1st, 2024 until canceled.
2. In eligible tournaments, $3 is withheld for the Tournament of Champions Fund. The Royal Flush promotion is funded by the Tournament of Champions Fund.
3. To qualify for the Royal Flush:
   1. Players must be a Live! Rewards member to participate.
   2. Players must play in eligible Tournament of Champions events.
   3. Must be 21 or older to participate.
   4. Winners must be present and have a valid ID.
   5. Any player making a Royal Flush in TOC tournaments will win a tournament entry equivalent to the buy-in purchase of that particular tournament.
   6. Players can win more than one Royal Flush.
   7. Both hole cards must play making a 5 card Royal Flush. There will be no ties.
   8. Hands do not have to be played to completion to qualify.
   9. Throughout the qualifying period, players who have made Royal Flush will have their name, Live! Rewards card number and tournament amount recorded by the poker room staff.
   10. The Royal Flush hand must be properly tabled and be verified by a Poker Supervisor or above.
   11. A properly tabled hand must be in full view of the dealer, players, and the surveillance cameras.
   12. Players must play their hands independently. Violations of this rule may void the promotion.
   13. Any irregularities may make the Royal Flush promotion declare null and void.
4. Once an eligible player has qualified for the Royal Flush promotion:
   1. The winners must present their valid picture ID and Live! Rewards card to claim their prize winnings. If, for some reason a player cannot produce a valid picture ID, that player will have 72 hours to return with their valid ID. Their winning(s) will be placed in safekeeping for 72 hours.
   2. Winning players who are unable to show their picture ID by the 72 hours deadline will forfeit their winnings, receive no compensation, and will forfeit any right to the cash prize. In exceptional circumstances, the Director of Poker reserves the right to extend the 72-hour deadline. Any forfeited winnings will be returned to the Tournament of Champions promotional Fund to be allocated for subsequent Tournament promotions.
5. All State and Federal taxes will be withheld from winners in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.
6. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of this promotion shall be disqualified. Players may not sell their hands.
7. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the Royal Flush Rules with two days’ notice to the players and PGCB at any point during the promotional period.
8. The Tournament Director’s decision is final and without recourse.
9. Tournament of Champions funds will not be used to cover missed tournaments guarantees.

Victory Voucher

RULES

1. Live! Philadelphia will offer a “Victory Voucher” promotion, win a tournament, redeem a free tournament entry equal to the buy in. The added free entry promotion will run Monday, April 1^st, 2024, until canceled. In addition to general promotion rules, a tournament buy-in will be awarded to the winner(s) of the designated tournaments. The winner(s) will receive a tournament entry that is at least equivalent to the buy in amount of the tournament of which it was won. A predetermined number of entries will be awarded at the end of each designated tournament.
2. Qualifying tournaments, dates and number of entries awarded per tournament are listed below. Prizes will be awarded based on the buy-in amount of each tournament. Prizes may exceed or be equal to the amount of the original tournament buy-in.
3. In eligible tournaments, $3 is withheld for the Tournament of Champions Fund. The Victory Voucher promotion is funded by the Tournament of Champions Fund.
4. To qualify for the Tournament Voucher Promotion:
   1. Players must be a Live! Rewards members to participate.
   2. Players must play in eligible Tournament of Champions events.
   3. Must be 21 or older to participate.
   4. Throughout the qualifying period, the winner(s) will have their name, Live! Reward card number, and tournament amount recorded by a poker staff.
   5. Players are eligible to win one entry per qualifying tournament.
   6. Entries won may be combined together to enter larger buy-in tournaments.
   7. Entries are non-transferable and valid for 30 days once issued.
   8. Winner(s) must be verified by a Poker Supervisor or above.
   9. Any irregularities may make the Victory Voucher promotion invalid.
   10. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of this promotion shall be disqualified.
   11. In the event that a tournament is chopped, the value of the tournament entry will be awarded to the player with the highest chip count. In the event that the chips are equal, the entry amount will be divided equally.
   12. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the Victory Voucher promotion with two days’ notice to the players and PGCB at any point during the promotional period.
5. Once an eligible player has qualified for the Victory Voucher promotion:
   1. The winner(s) must present their valid picture ID and Live! Rewards card to claim their prize winnings. If, for some reason a player cannot produce a valid picture ID, that player will have 72 hours to return with their valid ID. Their winning(s) will be placed in safekeeping for 72 hours.
   2. Players who are unable to produce their picture ID by the 72 hours deadline will forfeit their winnings, receive no compensation, and will forfeit any right to compete. In exceptional circumstances, the Director of Poker reserves the right to extend the 72-hour. Any forfeited winnings will be returned to the Tournament of Champions Promotional Fund to be allocated for subsequent Tournament promotions.
6. Tournament of Champions funds will not be used to cover missed tournament guarantees.
