What is the new vaccine mandate?

Beginning January 3, 2022, Philadelphia establishments that sell food or drink for consumption onsite, including casinos, must require that everyone who enters the facility has completed their COVID vaccinations, meaning that they have received two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. If guests have a medical or religious exception, they must present paperwork documenting the exemption.

Up to January 17, guests may present a negative PCR test 24 hours preceding entry as an alternative to proof of vaccination to enter facility.

Acceptable documents to show proof of vaccination:
  • An original, digital photography, or photocopy of CDC Vaccination Card (both sides)
  • An official vaccine record issued by another state, a foreign nation, or the WHO

We appreciate your cooperation.
