Sip winter libations and festive holiday cocktails in a stylish and cozy ambiance inside The Prime Rib! The space will be dripped in vintage décor and transformed into a colorful, ski lounge speakeasy with twinkling ceilings and curtains, porcelain trees, faux skis and ornaments.
Create your holiday memory while snapping a photo and taking a seat in our “chill” ski lift!
The delicious a la carte menu will be available in the Library Bar along with the curated, thoughtful selection of holiday cocktails with seasonal ingredients.
Our vintage apres ski lounge pop up will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30PM - 10PM.
