Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Appoints Kevin O’Sullivan As Vice President Of Gaming Operations
O’Sullivan to Manage Performance, Operations, and Accountability for Table Games, Poker, Slots, and Sportsbook.
Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia today announced the promotion of Kevin O’Sullivan to Vice President of Gaming Operations. He previously served as Vice President of Slots at the property.
Mr. O’Sullivan brings more than 30 years of gaming and management experience with him to this role. As Vice President of Gaming Operations, he will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, controlling, communicating, and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the Table Games, Poker, Slots, and Sportsbook. This includes developing budgets, operating strategies, performance goals and objectives for each department. Mr. O’Sullivan will also establish standards of performance, quality, teamwork and customer service across teams.

Mr. O’Sullivan most recently held the position of Vice President of Slots at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, overseeing the operation of the property’s more than 2,100 state-of-the-art slot machines. Previously, O’Sullivan served as Vice President and General Manager at Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA, where he was responsible for the entire property, including horse racing. He initially joined Presque Isle Downs & Casino team as Assistant General Manager in April 2014. Prior to that, Mr. O’Sullivan held various management and leadership positions at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort in Chester, PW, Scioto Downs in Columbus, OH, Foxwoods Casino in Ledyard, CT, and both Hard Rock Casino and Horseshoe Casino-Hotel in Biloxi, MS. Mr. O’Sullivan owns and operates his own gaming consulting agency, KO Consulting, where he has helped assist and open various casinos across the U.S.
Mr. O’Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering from Bulawayo Technical College in South Africa.
