Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia has partnered with a group of South Philly neighborhood associations to become the title sponsor of one of Philadelphia’s most popular community festivals. The YO’ SOUTH PHILLY PHESTIVAL LIVE! will be held on Sunday, September 18 from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Stella Maris School Yard, located at 10th & Bigler Streets, complete with a lineup of favorite local bands and performers, local vendors, food trucks, a Kids Zone, and more.
Live! Philadelphia joined together with its Stadium District partners, including the Veterans Stadium Neighbors Assoc., the Sports Complex Special Services District, the Whitman Council, the South Philadelphia Communities Civic Assoc. and the Stadium Community Council, along with the founders of the Yo’ Philly festival - Lou Galdo (Galdo Catering) and Dan Vanore (The Business) - to sponsor the annual community event. The partnership allowed the event to enhance its offerings and expand programming, making it bigger and better than ever.
